TLC is very proud to announce that we have officially opened a new location on the Langley Campus of TWU in September 2022. TLC Pre-graduate Studies (PGS) programs are offered in Langley this Fall; other programs will be available in the future.

Affiliated to Trinity Western University (a Canadian university authorized by the Ministry of Education in China), Trinity Language Centre (TLC) offers university preparation programs for international students who plan to pursue post-secondary education in Canada. TLC provides different levels of academic English classes to accommodate various demands of a diverse student population.

Language and Content Area learning Combined

All programs teach academic English skills progressively within the context of content areas.

Individualized Learning

A tutorial system bridges classroom teaching and after-class learning to provide students with individual academic assistance.

Caring and Supporting Learning Atmosphere

TLC follows Christian spirits and creates a caring, equitable, and inclusive atmosphere for teaching and learning.

Designation, Certification, and Membership

As an institution with EQA designation, TLC is placed on the Designated Learning Institution (“DLI”) list maintained by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Institutions on the DLI list may host international students on study permits. TLC’s DLI number is No. O150680894402

TLC is designated by the Private Training Institution Branch (PTIB) of British Columbia to ensure the overall quality of education and student protection (CERTIFICATE).

TLC courses have been reviewed and satisfied all the requirements of Languages Canada’s (LC) Quality Assurance Framework and TLC has been certified as an accredited organization.

TLC is a proud supporting organization of the Association of British Columbia Teachers of English as an Additional Language (BC TEAL).
